Problems that can be found using the SpinTrak™ Spinneret Inspection System include capillary defects such as dirt, carbon build up, edge wear, edge chipping, additive build up, blockage and damage.

Various models are classified depending on the inspection area and inspection speed. Bench Top models inspect up to 900 x 500 mm. Table Top models inspect areas up to 350 x350 mm. Floor Standing Models inspect up to 5800 x 560 mm

Bench Top Models are suitable for Yarn and Staple Spinnerets.

Table Top Models are suitable for Yarn and smaller Staple Spinnerets with higher density of capillaries in the Spinneret.

Floor Standing Models are suitable for Yarn, Staple and Non Woven Spinnerets

The price depends on model chosen. Upon receipt of a detailed inquiry, we can submit a techno-commercial proposal.

We inspect the following geometric measurements – area, minimum diameter, maximum diameter, perimeter, lobe length, lobe width, any point-to-point cross-section.
