SpinTrak™ Products

SpinTrak™ Automatic Spinneret Inspection systems are custom designed to meet each customer’s specific fiber, filament and nonwoven extrusion requirements. Different models are available in different sizes and speeds to address the sizes of the spinnerets as well as the inspection capacity requirement. Aspex will consult you about the degree of automation required available at different cost ranges to meet your budget requirements. Fixtures are designed to hold and firmly secure one or several spinnerets providing a foundation for the most accurate inspection of all capillaries in each spinneret. The three main models are the Floor Standing models, The Benchtop models and the Tabletop models. All SpinTrak™ models will inspect the spinneret(s) automatically without the operator needing to be at the station while inspection is in progress.
